Scans, PDFs, and photos live in a Files library with a Documents shelf. Capture and keep vital papers in SoftCase itself — searchable with on-device OCR.
Hubs
A note can link many files — an index over the library, not the store. One “Insurance” hub can point at every related policy without burying papers in attachments.
